Protected Harbor proudly announces that it broke ground on it’s new ‘home” on March 14 with Dr. Hayes Wicker of FBCN and Dr. Richard Powell of McGregor Baptist Church. Protected Harbor’s first group home for developmentally disabled adults will be home to six residents along with licensed staff by the end of 2009.
